Having just completed a difficult season Cowal are looking forward to fresh start in the 2010-11 season. With several new players and juniors coming up to the senior team we are investing in our youth to yield a team which will have many years of rugby success. We look forward to working with the younger talent and develop a solid foundation for many years to come
